Seller sent offer for item which looked initially like good deal. however on a second look price was way too high and opened return based on that. After closer inspection, bill was NOT AS ADVERTISED. Description did not specify that there was stains and problems with the bill. This bill is CLEARLY not uncirculated as advertised. Obviously i could not change return reason but asked seller for help. Seller ghosted me. Very unhappy with this seller as I have to pay return shipping on false listing.
