Printer arrived in the condition that was described. Packing was a little iffy, but I think for an assembled printer - it's not quite straight forward. I did have some 3D printed parts break, but I was expecting that. This is more of a one off problem and I wouldn't let it negatively reflect this seller.

The item itself and the seller get and deserve 5 + stars, as the item is exactly as pictured and described-it is amazing! And the seller shipped quickly and it arrived at the international shipping hub very quickly. Then it stagnated at the shipping hub for 3 weeks until I spent several days and various communications pursuing it, and...yay! It was suddenly found and forwarded. It took about a week or so after that, which was reasonable. Shipping is always a lot from the U.S. to Canada.

    Great product, great price, sturdy design, and HUGE storage space!

    I've started to piece together a newer home PC and entertainment experience and needed a massive amount of storage space to start ripping my DVD's and backup my Windows based and Mac OSX based computers. All the other products out there didn't have quite as many interface options available and the chassis for most other products is plastic. This G-Technology HDD has a high-quality metal case with vibration pads, great ventilation, and a fairly speedy RPM. In case you can't tell by the picture, there is a white light just below the G logo that is VERY BRIGHT even when it's not being accessed. So imagine watching a streaming movie from this drive and having a flood light in your peripheral! Cheap solution = black electrical tape. A word of caution though. I attempted to stream a movie ...

    Realizable Drive

    Great reliable drive. A bit heavy and bulky but for stationary use perfect. Unfortunately didn’t come with cable, power supply or software. Power supply is 12V 2Amp. DC. Minus outside. Was easy to find. Old micro USB cable as well. Only the software can’t be found easily. Already downloaded a variety of versions but no luck so far. Drive works fine in Raid level 0 though. If anyone knows where to find the software to configure it for level 1 please chime in.

    Great to deal with! Great value!

    Great way to protect valuable pictures and data. Well built and extra heavy duty. This unit is made of solid aluminum to provide great heat distribution. Have never had had one overheat. I own four of these made by G Technology.
