    Wrong package damage the item. I thought you gonna pack the item into the box ,instead putting it in plastic bag very tightly. It lost the shape of the bed is very hard to put it back in normal position 😪 😫 😩 🙃 😴. You should take care of the package and also the item you send to people,the picture of the item is very different from the reality. I am not satisfied with your service ,if I knew is going to be like this ,I would never order it.

    Bought this. Thinking it comes with the strip as shown in the last photo in the slide. Don’t waster you money you can buy the one without the strap for cheaper on Amazon.
