Started out as a nice pin but shipped in a letter sized paper envelope w/little padding. It ended up bent & almost coming out of the envelope. Pin lock doesn't work. Seller's excuse was that's the way they're all shipped & nothing has ever been damaged before. I guess I'm not supposed to complain because I didn't spend much here, but it would have been nice if the seller had acknowledged that perhaps their shipping methods might be improved. Didn't offer a refund. Charged $5.40 for postage!
