I needed a wristwatch for use while my regular watch (also a Citizen) was sent back for a repair and service. I was impressed with the performance of my original Citizen watch and I feel the same way with this model. That being said, I do have couple negatives with this model that I was aware of prior to my purchase. The first is the numbering (12, 3, 6, 9) on the dial face. They are oversized to my way of thinking. The second is the size of the date number on the dial face. It is very small and hard to read. I was looking for a Citizen Eco-Drive, this one was available at a reasonable price so I bought it. This watch has exceeded my expectations. Built in solar cell constantly recharges battery using available light, large numerals make it easy to read, luminous hands are visible in pitch blackness, and the polished stainless case and band are stylin'!
