I purchased this trainer for Physical Therapy for my knee. Since the trainer was listed without the front wheel riser and rear skewer I contacted the seller and they were willing work with me and reduce the price so I could purchase those things myself. I received the package in a reasonable amount of time. The trainer was a damaged but still in working order. The seller was willing to reduce the price even further, but I declined and kept the trainer to use. Overall a good experience.
