Very well packaged, timely arrival. Is as described visually. Seller noted it ran. In response to my question-as to whether it is had been run on the track, no answer. In pushing it by hand on a track it was hard to make it move and was very uneven in response. I have been advised that quartering on Voltamp locos may be an issue . Accordingly I will get an expert to check it out and adjust or fix what needs to be done before I run it on a track. Visually it's a very nice looking loco and tender
