The doll was wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a plastic bag. She arrived with a broken neck, which I was unable to fix. In my opinion, the packaging was inadequate to protect the doll from damage. Other dolls I have ordered from eBay were shipped in cardboard boxes. The seller said that he always sends dolls that way and has never had a problem with breakage before. I couldn't find another Barbie with a matching skin tone to give her a new body so I kept the clothes and threw out the doll.

Would have been more than happy to give you a refund . Seems like you would rather complain about the doll being broken . I have shipped many dolls this way an have never had any problems from other buyers .
