The Honda EX1000 model is suitable to power TV, lights, fans, small power tools, recharge phones and laptops, charge 12 volt batteries, and more. You can plug two electric power cords directly into the side of the generator using the 3-prong AC receptacles that run off the built in inverter. In the event of an emergency, you can rely on your Honda EX1000 generator’s recoil starter and transistorized magneto ignition system to fire up even if the generator has not been used in a long time. Many features of the Honda EX1000 generator alert you early to maintenance needs, protecting it from engine damage. The oil alert system automatically stops the engine before the oil falls below a safe limit. The pilot lamp illuminates when the Honda EX1000 generator is operating normally.
