    This is not a powder makeup...it's a balm that goes effortlessly on your either bare skin or as the last step in your makeup routine to set your makeup. It leaves your skin soft, smooth, and it actually does what it says it will...IT REALLY BLURS LINES AND WRINKLES! I really love it as I do all perricone md products. I am 71 and look 51.
