Seller submitted the incorrect value of the item upon shipping. I was charged $81.00 for customs brokerage based on a value $530 (roughly). The value of the actual item in the package was $399 USD. I now have to dispute the incorrect charge with Customs Canada and have no recourse with respect to the seller. Shipping was convoluted. I was sent notification the package was delivered to me, when it was not. Emails stating I needed to take action (pay customs) but offered no way to do that, etc.

I don't fill out customs forms. Ebay does that. Your beef is with Ebay. I shipped the cue to Illinois, Ebay fills out of the customs forms. Not sure why you're taking it out on me
