Purchased seller’s listing 3/4/24. Received their shipment 3/20/24. Box contained only one of the three items shown in the listing. Two figures pictured in listing were not included in the box. A single different figure not shown in the listing was included in the box. I had no interest in that figure. Contacted seller through eBay message system about the problem three times on 3/21/24, 3/30/24 and 4/4/24. They never replied. This has been my worst eBay buying experience in 26 years.

The only good thing to say about this transaction, and to be fair, is that this seller shipped the package quickly. However, there were multiple problems: (1) I purchased 14 items, and only 13 were shipped. On four occasions, prior to initiating a return, I asked if the other item was being shipped, and there was no response. (2) One item was totally misrepresented. Seller said she took a photo from the side; the box top had the writing. Not a ton of money, but extremely poor overall.
