Fits my YTH24V54 just fine. TIP: On 54" install the 1/4 20 bolt with a flat washer through the hole in the mower deck with the bolt's head facing the ground and threads up. Now add a 2nd flat washer, then the spacer, then a flat washer and top it off with the nut, The spacer is what the hook is supposed to hook around! NOT through the hole for the BOLT! That's why they give you the damn thing! You might find the hook needs to be crimped/squeezed in a little so it will wrap securely behind the spacer. If your deck is older you may have to bend the lip down a little because it might have been slightly bent up from mowing. Vice grips are you best bet. You just want enough space for the hook to go all the way around the stud spacer.Fits my YTH24V54 just fine.
