The seller offered a great deal on a vintage hat. In photos the hat was in dead stock condition with perfect shape. What arrived was smushed, flattened, and creased on account of being shipped in a plastic bag. I personally would have paid extra shipping cost to have the hat safely packed in a box. Again much appreciation to the seller for offering great deals on great items, but I know in the future that you should always ask how the item will be shipped to ensure it doesn't arrive damaged.
