I received an item not as described. I was sent the wrong size, a size S! And there were no tags attached, so the set was NOT new! When she finally responded after I got eBay involved, she said her "assistant" sent her personal set by mistake. She then issued a return label I had to pay for! Ebay's policy is get the item you ordered or get a refund. I sent photos of proof. Buyer messaged us multiple times and we responded same day. We made an honest mistake and did our best to correct it, to which a case was filed same day. I created a label myself on USPS.com to have the item sent back, paid 100% by me. Ebay said we did our best after review, so they did not fault us and issued the buyer a refund. Now the buyer was refunded and has free clothes.
