I received everything but the input shaft , which i can't do anything without it, and the bearing race. Left phone messages with customer service and the parts department plus multiple emails.. still haven't heard anything back. I would LOVE to go back and change my feedback if they would make it right and send me the missing parts so I can finish my project..

But, for the price I was willing to take a chance. I honestly didn't expect anything at all to come in the mail let alone the right thing in such perfectly appropriate Packaging. They even marked all the torqued bolts and used a punch by hand to mark the ratio. I would give 5 stars but man was I worried I just threw $210 into limbo. $700+ part for $210. Worth it for me. Shipping was on point

They didn't mention two separate shipments so I filed a return request. Two days later the rest of the shipment arrived and it is exactly what we needed. Better customer response time would have saved a lot of headaches. I also have an eBay store.
