Different, but very enjoyable and funny
A great funky, fun movie from early 2000's. We watched this movie almost ten years ago. We didn't think a lot of it the first time we watched it. But when we decided to watch it again, we starting catching on some of the subtle humor we missed the first time. Lovable characters, happy ending. Watch the wedding scene hidden after the credits come up at the end.

Came in early and in good physical quality
However! Halfway through the film it gets really choppy, like someone's hitting pause and play repeatedly. I tried fast forwarding it to where it may be back to normal, but the rest of the film starting then doesn't work. I barely made sure the disk worked or not yesterday when I actually got the film in the mail early June, so I can't return it now or anything as it'd seem like I was the one who ruined it. I've seen the movie before, so it's okay! I suppose it is it's money worth and I believe I bought one specifically said to be used? I believe so. All in all, it's a really good, entertaining movie! Definitely a movie that hits some people's funny-bone while coming across lackluster to others. Recommended by friends who simply loved the movie. However, didn't hit the same funny-bone with some in our family. It's a movie that "grows on you." Worth checking out.

This is a movie about teenagers trying to find themselves, fit-in, and grow up, despite gawkiness, not being part of the "in crowd," and embarrassing family members who seem out to ruin them at every turn. Napoleon Dynamite is one of those misfits for whom everything goes wrong, until he makes a couple of equally weird friends, and discovers his own "skill"...and THAT surprises and charms everybody! unfortunately there were large sections that would freeze. Some of the best parts, such as the dance and important interactions to understand content. I tried to clean it, but to no avail.
