    Best Vertical Mouse out there.

    I previously had this mouse at my job and when I left forgot to take it with me and regretted it. I am happy to have it back. I tried a cheaper version but it became apparent why it was cheaper. I no longer get claw hand... *where my hand cramps so bad it molds to the mouse... Being an IT professional this has allowed me to do my work uninterupted.

    Excellent ergonomic mouse

    Very comfortable to use and saves your hands from repetitive stress injuries. Although I'm right handed, the left handed mouse is good to use since it's less distance from the keyboard on the left side (you don't have to reach over the number pad on the right hand of most keyboards). The programmable keys on the mouse make it very convenient for copy and paste functions (button 5 is Copy and button 6 is Paste). I've used Evoluent mice at work for many years and they stand up over time (I've not had one fail yet). Overall a great product. Well worth the investment. One complaint I would have is that the chrome finish under the thumb is far too slippery when moving the mouse. I had to add a bit of duct tape to make it easier to handle. The older version on this mouse did not have the ...

    You get what you pay for

    I had very bad tendonitis in my right hand, and the solution was to switch mouse hands. Soon after I switched to my left hand I found that I was getting similar pains. I researched the available options and decided that a vertical mouse was the way to go. This one stood out in the built-in speed control (you can choose how fast the pointer moves) and amount of buttons available (6 + scroll up/down). The light-touch to the buttons takes some getting used to, but it means that in the long run you'll be using less force on each click. The biggest downside to this mouse is the price. I found a used one at around $50, and they go for $80 to $100 new. The right-handed models are more available, and so slightly less expensive. It's worth it in the end.

    Excelente mouse overall

    I bought my first evoluent vertical mouse 7 years ago. It's still working fine and using it in a daily bias. I bought a second one for a second computer I just assemble. It's well built, and very comfortable. The hand position allows me to work for long hours with no hassle. I can play games with fast and precise response. Great mouse over all.
