El problema es que no es compatible con mi bicicleta, aunque en la web del fabricante de la bicicleta diga que utiliza esta batería, realmente lleva la de segunda generación. La comunicación con el vendedor ha sido fluida y no puso ningún reparo en aceptar la devolución, a pesar de perder dinero porque aunque yo he pagado los gastos de devolución, el vendedor pagó el gasto de envío. Bike-Prof es sin duda, un buen vendedor. Gracias
