    Not REALLY mobile

    The unit does a lot of things well, most importantly it moves air & cools the room. It has a couple weak points you should be aware of: 1) The exhaust hose is not truly "flexible". While it does have embedded rings that allow it to be positioned a short distance from the window, once the position is chosen it is difficult to move the unit around without putting a lot of stress on both the hose's junctions (with the window & with the unit). The stress it bad enough that my unit's hose pulled off the unit (twice) and made me duct-tape it together! Meanwhile the end under the window can move so far that it breaks the seal between the mounting plate & the window, letting in hot air. 2) Number one wouldn't be a deal-breaker except that the unit's condensate must be dumped on occasion, and the ...
