    The item I received was described as "open box' but really the item was well used in an original box. And, not only that but it was a different graphics card from the one I ordered! An older one of a different generation! A big waste of time for me to have to send it back to get a refund If you look more closely at this seller's reviews you will see that they seem to have a problem with computer electronics. Most of the bad reviews have to do with used computer parts advertised as like new.
