      Fast way to break in a new ball glove

      Set oven to 300 and while it is preheating, spray the foam onto your glove covering half of it. Then rub in the foam covering the glove evenly including the laces and in between the fingers. The oven should be ready by now so place a towel over a cookie sheet then place the glove on the towel and bake it for 3 to 4 minutes. When you pull it out finish rubbing in any foam still visible on the glove and start working to break it in. I did this 4 times to a new glove and used 3/4 of a can. Worked great.

      It works

      I have approx 20 baseball gloves that I have repaired in some way. Some very old, and stiff, The hot glove treatment does soften the leather after 2 treatments, on the older stiffer mitts.

      It may take 2-3-4 applications to get desired results, but it works!

      The foam applies easily, doesn't stick to your hand as it is rubbed in.
