    Was looking to replace my damaged HP1320s. Then I found this brand new! Arrived quicker than expected, packed in the original box. Upon inspection, I found a hole in the original bag, someone had installed a Property Tag, otherwise all printer packing was Original. These had not been mfg. for years, not surprising to find the Toner dried out and printed very light and faded. I notified the seller as I suspect the rest of his inventory is the same. The toner is $24, but still very happy .

    High Quality Antique Work Horse and off brand cartridges are under a penny a page.

    The Laserjet 1000 is an anitque Workhorse! It is as solid as they come and lasts virtually forever. All of the critical parts are thrown with each ink cartridge. So other than gears eventually wearing down or a fluke electrical surge they live for many many many years. If you buy off brand ink cartridges they cost under $20 and will print the same 3000 plus pages. Almost Free Ink. Downside is only one. - - - They purposely never wrote a driver to bridge it with any computer newer than Windows XP. They wanted it to go away so they could sell expensive ink. No newer models have come close to equalling these.
