        For the money you cant get a Better Small 2 way Radio..Super Clear Speaker.[not a'lot of Bass] Range is good over a 1/4 mile Transmitting from inside a Motor Vehicle..Alkaline Batteries can be used for best Results...However you can install Rechargeable Batteries The Radios have a Built in Charger that works of a USB Chord Which is supplied

        Great walkie talkie

        It has great long distance reception but the tone for receiving a call is too loud and wearing the ear pods is out of the question. Not good for hunting, great everywhere else.

        Decent

        So far they seem tolerable. They are much smaller than I expected and the battery for one doesn't seem to hold a charge. I tested them in my rural neighborhood and got about 1/2 mile before I couldn't hear anything from the other side. They should be fine for my road trip though.
