    Happy to find this old device at a great price

    I have a collection of Jaz cartridges I wanted to use with some vintage Mac hardware that I'm refurbishing. I already had an internal SCSI-based Jaz drive but I wanted a back-up drive (just in case either drive fails due to age) as well as a convenient means to duplicate the contents of the cartridges Jaz drive to Jaz drive instead of making an multiple, intermediate copies to the old Mac's hard drive. I found this product on eBay and it included more than I needed/wanted for a reasonable price. The Jaz drive and power supply alone was worth the price to me so the cartridges were "bonus" items.

    JAZ is Awesome !!

    It works pretty well and the peak reading data rate could up to 50MB/s. It's amaingly this old stuff could work that well. Highly recommended.
