Still the unit would not read the disk. I ended up sending the unit into Alpine for repair (can we say $358.00 to fix?), the unit failed due to water damage but was repairable, go figure. Seller was notified but no response so I guess they will have to deal with bad feedback and having deal with it. Signed, A very unhappy customer!
