PC components ideally should be shipped inside an antistatic bag or antistatic packaging of some sort, these were wrapped directly in standard bubble wrap which is quite the opposite and can damage components with static electricity. These appear to work fine so no harm done, but it's something to keep in mind if you ship any electronic components in the future
