I received an iPod in perfect condition but with a poor battery and Z-techglobal sent me another ipod with no questions asked and didn't even request me to return the faulty item. Even five "FRAGILE" red stickers surrounded the box. That help the device to survive the bad handling during the journey. I'm very Happy with seller. I'll repeat. Thank you.
