I replied that the hat was a Christmas present for my child and that they are responsible for getting it here on time. Seller CANCELED my order rather than expedite ship it to get it here on time. VERY POOR BUSINESS AND COMMUNICATION. Did not give reasoning or apologize for canceling. DO NOT RELY ON THIS SELLER. The seller made it very easy to terminate the transaction once I realized the details in the pictures. No harm, no foul. I was able to find the model I was looking for with no hiccups. I will still continue to purchase from Kingglogang, no hesitation on that.
