The box was over packed with little packing cushion between each item. Two cups had broken handles. Two bowls broke and four dinner plates were also broken. Your original email said you would send in two boxes not one. I hope the 2nd box is packed with much more padding. Perhaps consider a few refunds for pieces that didn’t make it. I’ll let you know about the second box when it arrives. Thanks- Sheila Baker
