He Communicated with me very well in regard to the shipping delays via USPS and assured me the package would be there or he would guarantee it. It showed up 4 days late but I blame USPS they are the worst. I know the USPS offers affordable shipping rates however I'd pay more for UPS or FedEx that has a better reputation getting packages delivered quicker and have better package tracking.
