      The shipper was great. Item as described which was like new. Also I had asked her prior to buying if she used any scented detergents (such as Gain or fabric softeners) as I had two back to back experiences with sellers who stored their new items in their homes and they used those products apparently. They arrived and it has almost been impossible to get the scent out! THIS seller does not and indeed my backpack arrived with NO scents! I’m super happy about this and love the backpack!!
