Seller/EnterpriseIT response was great - they shipped out replacements next working day (this time ParcelForce) and these passed the HP Diags 100%. No doubt to me the previous bad discs had been damaged in transit. So 5 starts++. Would buy from seller again. Highly recommended. Thank you.
