    I contacted the seller after the handle of the letter opener was stained with multiple solid black stains. When I contacted the seller, her attitude was “just wipe it off. It comes off easily”. My response was so you want me to tear open the packaging and give her an obviously previously opened gift or do you just want me to give her a gift that’s badly stained?, and her response was basically ’yes, just let them clean it’!!! she knew it was a gift sent me a badly stained letter opener anyway!!
