      The Perfect Chef Knives

      My Title says it all, "The Perfect Knives". They are very sharp right out of the box. I think one of the things that I really like about the knives is the weight, when you pick up these knives you know you have a real knife in your hands and they are nicely balanced.       Perfect very sharp knives

      Needed a set of knives since I'm a prep cook, especially after I learned how dull the knives at work are, as a matter of fact if we need to defend ourselves at work we are better off throwing shoes at the attacker. These knives on the other hand are extremely sharp. I use them to filet salmon, pork,chicken and beef. I also use them to make Mirepoix for soups and stocks. I can shave the meat of the bone with these knives I love them and I prefer them over my own set of knives at home. Both use them at work and at home.

      Great knives for the money!

      I bought this as a gift for my girlfriends sister whom we stay with for several days. She was so accommodating that I wanted to give her a special gift. I noticed that she was a very organized person and yet she had a hodgepodge of different types of knives so I thought this that would be perfect. I realize that there are better but much more expensive knives out there but I have had the chef knife of the same series for many years and it's done very well for me. Needless to say she loves the knives!
