    The item's blue paint was scratched off in places (see photo) - either from storage or because it's been used and returned. Also, it's a little weird that the instructions and packaging mention a remote control - not that the eBay ad does in fairness. I would have asked for an exchange but this seller doesn't allow you to get in contact with them for 7 days, which isn't great if you have a genuine issue. It's only £10 at the end of the day, I guess.
