      great bean slicer

      The peels are too deep for my liking. It isn't the most comfortable to use, but I do like the bean slicer.

      Works better than most, but not as good as my 44-year old peeler... not as sharp and may be because of the black coating on blade.

      This is a good product for your kitchen!

      I have used the EKCO vegetable peeler for over 30 years. It peels well, without cutting deeply into the fruit/vegetable, holds its sharpness well and is lightweight to use.
