        Original product description stated item was "New". Item did not have included threaded pin like it should have if it was truly a new product and was not in original packaging. Original post did not explain it was missing hardware or original packaging or anything was different about it. Extremely displeased! If I were to send it back, I'd have to pay shipping for someone else's mistake and it's quite heavy for it's size. Seller name should be "Home of never-ending-disappointment".

        The picture of item was clear, about 5 pictures. Nothing was hidden. Never contacted us for any complain. There's a group of people trying to destroy my account. Thank God I have over 2200 satisfied customers.
