        Product is good, as described. BUT it took 17 days to be SHIPPED!!! It took so long I contacted seller for a status. No response. Reached out again a day or 2 later. No response. Finally requested a refund. No response. A few days later I get notification the item had finally shipped. Reached out to ask why as I requested a refund. No response. Reached out again to see why he wasn't responding. NO RESPONSE. FECAL customer service. Would give negative stars if I could!
