Attempted intimidation by creating a return label valid for just one day, against eBay policy. Finally had a refund issued when I proved to be honest, but needlessly bizarre and aggressive. Unbeknownst to us, our dry cleaner ripped a pocket during the cleaning process and tried to repair it and never informed us.. We did not see this before we shipped. The item was sent back, we apologized to the buyer and he received a full refund. As for his return label comment, USPS places the date on the return label when we create it. This is not, as he said, against eBay's policy.
