They manhandled this item ,and it came in damaged. Item was loose in box ,making it unsafe for shipping. Not enough packing ,for a delicate piece like this. Seller gave me 50% of purchase price,and said at least I can glue it and get some kind of enjoyment out of the piece. This was the only buyer who had a problem with a fragile item so blame falls on UPS and not packaging.
