Best TV Series Ever!
Most TV series take a few episodes for the characters to come together as a cast, and the show to hit its stride. Not this one! From the very first episode "White Collar" hit the ground running. Matt Bomer is perfect as con man extraordinaire Neal Caffery, who has cut a deal with the FBI as a Criminal Informant (CI) to escape the narrow confines of prison. While most of the other con men portrayed in the series are either unsavory characters or scum of the earth, Caffery exudes charm, wit, and an irresistible personality. Combine all that with a sense that he's basically a good guy with a deep streak of compassion, and you have the most engaging con man ever. The supporting cast is also perfect in their respective roles as Neal's FBI handler, Special Agent Peter Burke, and his crew, ... The supporting cast is also perfect in their respective roles as Neal's FBI handler, Special Agent Peter Burke, and his crew, Agent Diana Berrigan and Clinton Jones. The second most engaging character is Neal's close friend and confidant whom we know simply as "Mozzie." He is the counterpoint to Neal Caffery's avowed goal of changing his criminal ways and ultimately becoming a law-abiding citizen who works for the FBI. Mozzie's character is both maddening and endearing by turns. He never misses an opportunity to throw a monkey wrench into Neal's belief that he can reform, and each time the subject is broached he makes it clear there's no chance of redemption because it's in Caffery's DNA to con people. Mozzie is an eclectic mix with both paranoid tendencies and curious quirks in his personality, who performs unexpected acts of kindness. Though decidedly morose in his outlook, the one trait that never wavers is his loyalty to his friend, Neal. Even the characters who appear briefly, or come and go throughout the series are perfectly cast. This show combines cliff-hanging suspense and fabulous acting with sudden plot twists that come out of nowhere and practically throw you into shock, they are so completely unexpected. Add hilarious exchanges between characters to all this, and you have one heck of a show. The script writers, producers, actors and everyone involved in the series have created a world so vivid, you actually believe it could have existed. The best series are those you hate to see end, and this one is at the top of the list. Well worth watching the series on DVD, and even more valuable added to my collection of favorites. Final rating: Five stars and two thumbs up.

I used to watch "White Collar Weekends" on TV about 1 to 2am, But now I can watch one to as many episode's as I want, any time I want with this four disk set. Love It !; I bought Season six as well too.
