Great all-around Chair yoga workout
Great chair yoga workout. The instructor does a fine job of explaining the moves without over-explaining. She gives clear demonstration moves that are easy to follow. I appreciate the different levels of exercises depending on my need for that day and my time frame. I am 82 years old. I have been doing low impact aerobics for thirty-five years but felt the need for additional muscle stretching and resistance moves. This product does the job. Although I am in excellent condition for my age, you don't have to be in order to be successful at doing these exercises. A Good Three-Stage Yoga Video
I am 69 and my husband is 70 and we are both out of shape. This DVD is recommended for over 70, but because of our inactivity, we decided to purchase this because it has three levels of proficiency: all chair exercises, chair and floor exercises, and all floor exercises. Jane Adams is a very positive and encouraging person, saying often that the user should not push her/himself. She even offers to make a straight exchange for a different DVD if the buyer is not satisfied. My husband and I are very satisfied and if we get to the third level and want more, we will buy Ms. Adams other Yoga for Seniors DVD.I am 69 and my husband is 70 and we are both out of shape. Great DVD
This is so doable. I am 75 with a knee problem and I can still do it. Anyone would get a workout though it works all your muscles and helps your balance. I love her style of teaching I have already bought one of her others.
