When I had questions, they responded very promptly and courteously. The bridges were cut Perfectly. These would be worth hundreds of dollars from a local luthier. They even included sandpaper to sand the bridge to fit to the curvature of the cello body. I couldn't be more pleased, and I will buy more in the future. Highly, highly recommended.
