      DP 04

      This item did not fit with the existing carbon filter. When I tried to install it with carbon filter on, it would not snap in place. I then proceeded to take off the carbon filter then just put the hepa filter in… and that worked, but without the carbon filter. It was not a good fit, and there was no return sticker in the plastic packaging. I work two full time jobs and to return this would be a headache. I am very disappointed being that the description say “ compatible with DP04. It was, and it wasn’t. So now im using just the hepa filter and not the inside carbon filter. I saved the carbon filter in hope I can find the correct hepa to go around it. It was just false information. A disappointment!
