      great title "streets of Fire"

      love this movie. had in on dvd and decided to convert to bluray. worth the purchase. good cast a slightly confusing back ground with newer and older items both tied together. good guys, bad guys, shootouts, fights, rock music, etc what is not to like.

      Fun, great soundtrack, 80's cheese at its best.

      Fun film from the 1980's that is one of the all time underrated soundtracks. Cameo by the Blasters is a big plus. Just goofy fun, but a great film for anyone who likes absurd, simple adventures with low stakes and B movie acting from the lead. Young Willem Dafoe tears it up as the evil motorcycle menace.

      Best musical score ever!

      If you like rock & roll, You'll love this movie! Ry Cooder did the musical score and definitely knocked the ball out of the park with his music and the selected songs. I've owned this movie on VHS since it became available in the mid '80's. I got the DVD as soon as it came out and now I have the Blue Ray too. My wife and I watch it at least twice a year (for at least 30 years), with my entertainment system volume cranked up high and never get tired of it. Definitely belongs in your entertainment library.

      This is the best version of the film. Shout Factory has done an excellent job. The picture quality is the best I have seen for this film. I would highly recommend, if your a fan of Walter Hill.

      Streets of Fire

      It's an oldie but a goody. The whole movie is constantly action packed and fabulous. It stars the then young Michael Paré, Willem Dafoe, Deborah VanValkenberg, Diane Lane, Amy Madigan, and a dazzling supporting cast. This movie is a must have.
