      Good communication! Shipping was nice and quick! Packaging seemed decent, but it looks like inspections & customs did a number on the bubble-wrap/repackaging. Description was sold as new, but there appeared to be some “rack rash” and a few minor cosmetic scuffs/scratches (doesn’t affect functionality), some of which were possibly from the packaging being messed up. All-in-all; a good value for a great product! Would recommend this seller :)

      Very NICE sounding AVR!

      It was hard to find very many reviews. It seems like the NEW models are being replaced very fast, so THAT could be the reason. I am using this with Definitive Technology SM65's for mains & center and 45's, as surrounds. My subwoofer is a Velodyne SPL 10, series 2! I am going from a Pioneer Elite and Marantz 5010. This sounds much better, at least with MY speakers. It streams well. There are several "settings" that sound amazing to me. The "studio-mix" is my favorite. It seems most natural AND more like a concert environment! Onkyo's "room settings" were very accurate and EASY. It "automatically" found the BEST settings AND I agreed! I DID get a VERY good price on this $1300 AVR....less than half off...so, THAT did play into my 5 star rating.

      This receiver blows

      The Onkyo RZ810 is supposed to be a great receiver except when it’s not! It blew out five of my speakers one on the left and four on the right back upper surround was sending a too strong signal to the speakers and it stayed in NG the whole time I sent it back, hopefully it can be fixed I guess better luck next time...

      All-In-One

      After fixing the protected mode issue on this receiver, it's a fantastic product, i was going to installing it to my leaving room but instead replacing my Integra DX-3 in my Home Theater room instead. Sound is deep, clean and clear, setup was pretty easy and precise with the included Mic, actually after it updated to the last firmware, it auto-calibration is better than the one in Integra (which should be a higher end from Onkyo). There are more impact / present to the movies than the Denon that was preceded, musically it's about the same, but it tended to add a little bit of booming to the techno and dance music. Overall it's a keeper.
