Once my parcel arrived in their regional center, they sent in to NY when it should have gone to the Gulfport, MS Mail Processing Facility. After being sent to NY, it then went to several other cities in NY, then 2 cities in Ohio. Needless to say, my boots took a long roadtrip. This is the third time this facility has misrouted my packages. This Mobile facility needs to seriously be audited.
