    TYPICAL OF THE SERIES :)

    Overall, gameplay is what has become a staple of the whole franchise. What starts out as a simple (series of an) action, turns into a mammoth task to save the world. Graphically, I think somebody goofed with the title and release sequence. Let me explain: I have played 1 - 10 over various platforms, and in each one, graphics have improved with each new title released. However, with the release of FF9, I found the video to be better than FF7, but worse than FF8. Gameplay itself, I found the cut-scenes to be too many and too long. I could add more, but that wwill be for another time. overall

    Mixed feelings

    I enjoy the game, but some things are annoying-the delay in battles, many many battles stop progress, and Im stuck at the (useless) card game on disc 3- terrible gateway to the rest of the game. It should have an option to bypass. I will likely never advance beyond disc 2- very disappointing.

    Awesome game

    Final fantasy 9 is the perfect game for the avid rpg fan. It has great graphics, an awesome story and a very fun battle system not to mention the hundreds of weapons, armors and items that are just so fun collecting and using. This game gets a 10 out of 10. I recommend it to everyone.

    A must own if you love RPGs.

    What can I say about this game that hasn't been said before? FFIX is considered not just one of the best Final Fantasy games of all time, but one of the best JRPGs of all time. Truly a masterpiece.
