Item shipped fast, but did take 6 days after payment for seller to confirm shipping. The seller did not communicate their absence with eBay. Packaging was acceptable for a non-functioning item. The product was as described (for parts), but it did appear it was opened before shipping because parts were taped inside. There was significant hidden rust damage. The value of the item was exceptional regardless of the item damage. I believe the value of salvageable parts will exceed my cost.
